About
The INCubator, a program of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, cultivates a community of Founders who are building sustainable enterprises and creating jobs in Hamilton County. We offer below market rate rent to support startups that need manufacturing or office spaces. Located in the Northshore, we are the ideal location for a startup looking for visibility. In addition to our strong founder community, we support new clients with in-house partnerships the Tennessee Small Business Development Center, LAUNCH, ChaTech and Chatt*Lab.Services Provided
