Proof Incubator is a resource whose mission is to support owners and operators in the food and beverage ecosystem, including everything from restaurants to packaged-goods startups. Proof offers a bar and restaurant program at its brick-and-mortar location that provides the Chattanooga community the opportunity to taste and support emerging food and beverage concepts. We also partner with entrepreneurial support organizations like CO.LAB and the TSBDC to offer industry-specific programs like the Consumer Goods Accelerator and Restaurant Recovery course to businesses throughout the community.
