Compañía is the hub for Chattanooga’s Latino community and is La Paz’s membership initiative that focuses on relationship building and immersion into the Latino community by celebrating and sharing culture, growing professional aptitudes and give back to the community in a meaningful way

Compañía’s focus is to strengthen the Latinx professional community, so that means providing opportunities for them to hone important skills that contribute to their growth in their respective fields.
With a focus on entrepreneurs and small business owners, Compañía hosts quarterly workshops and runs periodic programs in Spanish designed to help Latinx professionals gain leverage in the professional world.
