Fully equipped kitchen, clean work environment (usually get 100 scores from Health Dept and Dept of Agriculture inspectors). We require one year agreements, but do have a “90 day written notice to vacate” clause. 24/7 access. Dry, refrigerated and freezer storage. Many workstations. Access to help as far as starting a business.

We currently do not rent to other cake makers as we are a specialty wedding and other cake bakery. Open by appointment only.
